To, Date: - 29/07/2012 The General Manager, Whirlpool Electricals Ltd, Sub: - POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE Dear Sir, I sorry to state that I have purchased a new Fully Automatic Washing Machine of Whirlpool from Dawar's Open World, Gurgaon against Invoice No.DOW-26711 Dated 23/12/1012. (Invoice Copy Attached). Presently It is out of order since last 10 days and I had already complained for this regard so many times at your customer care centre. It is not accepting any command and I am very upset for the inconveniences. You are kindly requested to please do the needful at the earliest.
