I purchased a koreo washing machine 16 months ago from Big bazaar showroom situated in Allahabad..And it stopped working after 2 months..I filled a complaint in the outlet.They said that it wil be done in 48 hours.Their engineer came and looked in the machine.. He said that it will be repaired soon..After that no person from Big bazaar came for the help and the guarantee period is also finished.I filled the complain again two to three times but nothing was done.We called to company toll free number.They also didn’t help us..Please help me.. purchased machine on 22.6.2013 with continous request machine was dilivered on 30.6.2013 again waiting for demo as i have requested sale person and my demo request no is 589764 but no action from there end uptil now 21.7.2013
