[Resolved]  Welcome To Reliance Communication — Sale of same Reliance Sim Card to two different customers at two different ID proofs, not attending customer's complaint

Anil Dhiru Bhai Ambani's Welcome to Reliance Communication at Varanasi fradulantly issued same Reliance Sim Card to two different customers at two different ID proofs. Reliance at Varanasi (U.P.) sold to the Customer a new Sim Card bearing Number RAXR S[protected] against connection number [protected] on 14.11.2008, which was found already registered to some Rizwan Ahmad on 17.11.2008.
When enquired by the customer against non activation of the Sim Card, the dealers informed that it could not be activated due to a prolonged strike into the company.
The Reliance offices refused to attend the complaint against the fake and fradulant act of Reliance Communication.
The chief of distribution cell Mr Vikas Singh at Reliance Office Varanasi misbehaved with the customres and refused for redressal of the complaint and customer's legal request.
The Sim Card sold to the customers could not be activated from 14.11.08 to 18.11.08.

Could anyone move my complaint to Mr Anil Dhiru Bhai Ambani, so that a seperate cell is there to check such fake and fradulant sales.

SIM — Told Lie

Sir/Madam,

Today my SIM get blocked. I went to VODAFONE CARE LUDHIANA AT MALL ROAD.
There i met with your employee name MEENU. She told my that i have to pay rupees 100 for new SIM. And told me that new SIM will start working after 2 hours and i will also get all contact number automatically in new SIM. My SIM started working but i had not got my important contacts back. Also my old SIM was with her. Plz send my contacts to me as soon as possible.

welcome to Reliance Communication — Reliance Communication defrauding Customer

Reliance could not activate its Sim Card CDMA connection [protected] even after 25 days. Reliance had sold to the customer a fake Sim Card [protected] on 14.november 08, which was found to be registered at two different ID proofs and with two different customers.

The Customer Care Centre at Reliance acted as dumb and deaf on this very issue. The Reliance Communication Customer Care Centre is a fun as it does not respond at all. The next Sim Card with a new connection is also understood to bear the same problem as it could not be activated even after making 31 reminders via e-mail on their site. Reliance Communication is defrauding its customer through the franchise service providers.

Any one buying a new CDMA connection from Reliance must be aware of the dumy Reliance Customer Care Services.Be aware of the fake Sim Cards.

Reliance have no ethics i am the franchisee of Reliance in the name & style of Emm Infocom Abohar (Punjab) since Launching. I know has Company deducted the Money from the consumer phone after than company did not respond. We are also suffering with the customer. Company has only excuse it is Value Added Services we have not activate the services. It has been activate from Backend or automatic. We are unable to understand where is company Backend.

Who has done this? Why the company Chairman Mr Anil Ambani did not thing about Infocom Business in Punjab or the franchisee?

I have also send the written complaint against company person with name rank along proof to MR Anil Ambani they did not have any answer? These questions are related with Infocom Business in the Punjab. But Mr Ambani has no time even to read my documents he have just replayed you have discussed all the Issue with Mr Sanjeev Garg CO of Punjab. He (Mr Sanjeev Garg) Said All the Debits & Credits are as per Policy So We are unable to do any thing. Now Our question at time of doing the job by the company persons with DSA/SDSA where were company policy, company persons did not did his duty as per policy & we are having the proof which are showing Now How You can say All the Debits has been made by the company to the franchisee are genuine. He (Mr Sanjeev Garg) has refused to discuss with me.

This shows Company have no ethics. They are the manipulators you are requested to look the matter seriously because it is happened with every franchises or with the customers I am sure that every franchisee has been panelized with huge bed debits.

Company people give every franchisee & franchisee to customer sweet Tablets Like Wire Line, Big TV, PCO, GSM etc is coming soon after then all the problems have been resolved But till date it is not happened

We people small businessman are working with reliance with the sweet tablet as coming business will give you the chance for recover the looses . But every time we have loose something in Reliance.

I am agreeing with the above customer complaint Because It is also happened with us as franchisee

hello

I have been a customer of reliance from 3years.We were told about the reliance std 496 plan.So we took nearly 30 reliance connections.Now they r telling that the plan has been stopped.How come they?

Even it is of no use as it is cdma type.

If the same things happen nobody will b ready to buy these phones.Suddenly it is increased to 799.
How can anyone go for .

with due regards to anil dhiru bhai company, i have to lodge a complaint against a distributer named bhagvati enterprises of ferozepur cantt in punjab. i have a retail shop in telecommunication, my distributer had not given me a single gsm sim and he supplies to all other retailors. he harrassed me a lot for GSM sims, my customers always asking me for sims but i have not a single sim, because of thatcorrupt distributer. so kindly plz take some action against him.

I am taking Reliance pco collection in 2006. PCO No. [protected]. I am not happy with our service. .
I had return Teminal in 28/06/2008. 14 months gone no informtiomn about disposit.

Reliance — sim not activated and misbehaved with customer

recently i purchased a rel sim and they said that this will be activated in 1 hour, today it's 3rd day and not activated. When i went to shop asking for the status, first of all they said that this is not their job and later they said we are not going to do anything, do whatever i can do. when asked my money back the sales person even become very wild and used bad words.

"SIMCARD REJECTED" COSTUMER CARE EXECUYIVE SAID REPLACE THE SIM AND IT COSTS RS 25 only WEB WORLD EXECUTIVE SAID THAT HE WILL CHARGE RS 100. THAT MEANS A DIFFERENCE OF RS75. PLEASE CHECK THIS OUT

Reliance GSM — Lie to sell the Sim card

The employee of a reliance communications had come to our area to sell GSM sim cards and he told one plan, that is as mentioned below,

199 Plan,
450 SMS free / Day,
20 Hours free for any GSM To GSM / Month,

and he told this is limited period offer we got impressed and took 2 sim cards and he given 2 sim cards with one same document one i was using [protected] one more my friend using i didnt use much and my friend used it because he thought 20 hours free and month end we got bill stating for [protected] - 244 inr,
and other number i dont remember the number thats is some round 1033 inr, in the bill statement every single call is charged there is no free at all and sms also charged 50ps, and total bill is that much as mentioned above. and now when they call i told everything from starting to till end but they say ok and again next day they will call now i am receiving nearly 5 to 7 calls everyday from reliance i told them not to call but still they are forcing me to pay, i didnt use why do i have to pay,

please do the needful and stop making call reliance,
