I sent the mobile phone back via courrier for refund 15 days ago due to technical problems in the device. i called Mumbai office for confirmation if they had received the device 10 days ago. the reply was yes they have. i confirmed it a couple of times more asking when the refund will come. they said they have forwarded the device and the cheque will be received by me after 20 days. now i call after exactly 15 days just to know (through DEEPAK MEHTA) that the device is still there & their 'ENGINEERS' have found that the SD CARD IS MISSING FROM THE PRODUCT & THE REFUND CAN'T BE MADE.
I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT BEFORE MAILING THE DEVICE I HAD CHECKED IT THOROUGHLY & EVERYTHING ATTACHED TO THE DELIVERY WAS THERE.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AS THIS WAS THE FIRST I HAD BOUGHT AN ITEM FROM FROM THIS COMPANY.
I WANT STRICT ACTION TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THE OFFENDRES AND THE REFUND BE MADE VERY SOON.
PLEASE HELP!

I bought a WESPRO Dual Sim mobile phone WM3708I) on 04/11/2008 from WESPRO DIGITAL PVT.LTD., 6/1, Akash Ganga, Opp. Tata Garden, Bhulabhai Desai Road, Mumbai-400036. The payment was by Credit Card.

The phone is otherwise fine, but SMS's cannot be sent from the device. Kindly advice or send me the information about how to rectify the same.

I have sent a payment for Wespro MOBILE Phone charger to WESPRO Mumbai. The charging cable is not available in Bangalore. I purchased theu HShop18, On contacting them they say they donot sell spares,
I wonder what one has to do once you buy product from HS18. From one month I am struggling with WESPRO !!! Sickening Guys !!! Dont buy products from HS18 /WESPRO, Absolutely "ZERO"

I have purchased a wespro 5 mega pixel digital camcorder model no. DV532 Code: dv 532 wd through home shop 18 vide order no.[protected] order approval date 29.09.2009.
On receipt of product it is found that SD card is appcepted by the cam. I phone to home shop 18 and they give me address of service station of wespro. i went to them they told us that they are not having contract with them but they seen the product and told me that the lock is not fuctioning.
i again phoneto home shop 18 they give me your phone i tried my best but phone is not attended by you end. No please let me know what i have to do with this product? should I go to media to show them the defective product?

there is complane in charging system in sep2009
i have gone to service center in kolkata
they keep my mobile for repairing
till date i am going door to door in phone , by mail and by letter

Homeshop18/Wespro Digital Pvt. Ltd. — Refund of cash against defective mobile

Dear Sir,
I was booked a order for Mobile handset WM3708I on 27.06.09 and booking order no.[protected]. I got the product on 02.07.09. Before using the set I charged it as prescribed in manual, but there was no full charge done. So, i complained to Homeshop customer care and said the problem about the set then they filed my complain no. 1725804 on dtd. 13.07.09. Then I got a call from the company to use the mobile and it'll be ok after use. But, the problem were the same. Several time I requested to them to short out the problem or refund my cash. In the month of August the mobile became in dead position and I informed to company about it. Finally on october they said to send the mobile and assured me they'll refund the money. I sent the mobile by firsflight courier no. U76365364 on dtd. 10.10.09. But on 24.11.09 they sent the same mobile in same condition and I informed the comany about it. Then they said to keep it for some time as it is. Then after time to time query by company finally on dtd. 01.12.09 they again said to send the mobile and they'll refund the money. I sent it by first flight courier no. U76386094 on dtd. 01.12.09. Then after time to time query to company they always denied to refund the money and said to give me repair set. But I dont want the same kind of defective mobile set so, I always requested them to refund the money and they forwarded my request to their higher official. Finally, query on dtd. 31.12.09, they totally denied to refund the money. So, I am writing you the compain for justice.

I got the product on 17.12.09. i dint liked the product so i sent the product return on 18.12.09 and it also reached to you in a good condition through TNT couriers as consingment no:GE[protected]WW and i got the information through homeshop18 that you have dispatched the check on 26.12.09 but till now i dint received the cheque please go through this matter and do needfull.

The USb port of the product is found damaged and it does not come under the warranty.

You will need to repair the product on chargeble basis.

Sir I Am Not Understand The Wespro Digital camera fuction please help me
After posting the comments 01.01.2010, I recieved phone calls on 12th to 14th jan'10 from Home Shop 18. They always denied to refund the cash, but i was rigid too for refund of cash. Then after someday I got a call from first flight courier that the mobile set again sent for me, then I denied to accept and said to send it back to home shop 18 office. After that I didnt got any further position of process to refund my cash back. Therefore, you are requested to whatever process is going on please inform me on my e-mail.

Yes, Wespro Digital is very poor services, I have send a camcorder for replacment, but company made a very loose behavier with me, My parcel receive as a Open Parcel & Show Misplace of camcorder but all other things are received.Company is support with DTDC courier and camcorder show missing.I go to Courier services but he is not responce and asked to go in Consumer Forum.Please suggest me for what can I do?
