[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — poor customer care , very worst response

Hello every one,

On my friend recommendation I had purchased 2 postpaid SIM cards from Reliance communication through DSA and the Tariff plan was also fine , out those one got wrongly activated ( DSA Promised me he will activate 8880XXX888 but [protected] is activated ) which i don’t want to use .

When i called to DSA to terminate the connection or to change the MDN . he said me to go to Reliance web world to Change the MDN or call to 198 to terminate the connection. since the web world is almost 30 KM away from my place , i don’t wanted to go there and i called to 198 spent almost thirty minutes to transfer the call to concern department and given a requested to Terminate the connection , and adjust the balance amount in the refundable deposit to My other Number . But the Redaction team executive informed that it is not possible to adjust the amount. When i given the example of similar transaction in same network. she stopped responding to me and put my call on mute mode for some time and disconnected the call . where i am waiting for her response .

i and lodged a complaint against that CCR , and keep on following almost from last 15 days , no one is responded or contacted, and they are keep on giving the false commitment.

so finally we are planning to port some other Network with all my friends and family , kindly refer or contact me if any other service provide with Good tariff plan, we will port at least 20 connection

Reliance Communications — Worst customer Service

Despite of thrice submitting the documents as per DOT norms to the dealership of the reliance telecommunication, my cell phone is not working since last one month. The MSP has not provided any contact number where should I get the information as to why my mobile is deactivated by MSP.

Reliance — Un response from customer care

Respected Sir,
I had activated the caller tune from reliance services, after using that services I deactivated it after using that. I had sent message to customer for deactivation, but no response from care executives. After 4 days 30 rs had been renewed, after deactivating why the balance had been cut. I thought to call customer care executives but after calling 25 calls I had been succeseed to contact them, but when rings and after that the care executives pick up the phones and kept on hold.
This such type of disgusting things are happenening and we are suffering a lot..Plz listen and solve this problem.

Reliance — mdn terminated without my information

i complained to this site before 15 days apprx. but there is no solutions wou[pheld be done by ur site what is it.

i was complained against reliance communications fr my mdn number that is terminated ([protected]) my name is amit kumar nahar and it was postpaid connection but due to bill not receiving i was unable to made payment last 3 month ago . and reason it my number has churned by this company plz make better solution so that i gain my number regularly plz do fast and contact me

Reliance Communications — Reliance Worst Customer Service.

I have applied for MNP UPC-TT879696(From Tata Docomo CDMA To Reliance CDMA) on 12th May-2011 at Reliance Webworld @ Cuddalore (Tamilnadu,INDIA PIN-607001), After submitting all my proofs and i have paid deposit for new post paid connection and i have been informed by the executive the porting will be done within 7 days.

But still nothing happened and i have called up to the given showroom number, After making so many calls i got an update saying that your porting request is rejected and reason was not given.

And I was instructed to submit all my ID/Address proofs with porting code again and I need to wait for seven more days, And I have asked about old proofs that I have submitted and there was no answer, Irritating.

Great disappointment and mistake that I have chosen Reliance and I feel very bad since I have submitted all my docs but still you people have rejected my application. I want an immediate reply .
