i had tried 3 times to make recharge but 3 times the payment had deducted but no recharge done....please refund my money,,,,,bad experience

and now i got refund of 2 ie 150 two times what about 3rd????//

their customer care no.is also nt working

customer care has no proper contact number

freecharge doesnt replies the customer complaints . even the customer care number doesnt work . no toll free number . many times no talktime is received on transfers .
