I had given my mobile phone Xolo X900 for reapair on July 24th ,2013 Case id[protected] and was told that i'll be getting it back within 10-15
working days. Since then there was no communication from customer care. I have been calling them for the last 15-20 days and i'm getting the same
old answer that is the phone is stil under repair. Now they are again telling me to wait for another 20 days which make a total of 2 months. They even
gave me someone named Mr.Hari ([protected]) to contact, who is suppposed to be the circle manager for status updates. He doesn't even have the
courtesy to either pick up my calls nor returning them. This has been happening for the last 10 days.
I'm having thoughts of going for legal action against the company. kindly do advise.
