[Resolved]  Yatra.com — Train Ticket Refund still Pending

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Kayankulam on 27/07/2009 and cancelled the same on the same day. Yatra.com informed me through mail that the amount (Rs.700) will be credited to my account within 4 -5 working days, that too after myself sending plenty of emails to them enquiring about the refunds, it seems nobody can contact them over phone for cancellation refunds. Today one full month elapsed nothing beyond assurance mails from yatra.com. I sent a complaint to [protected]@cybercellmumbai.com but no response from them also. Please let me know to whom we have to lodge a compaint about these .com frauds.
