[Resolved] Yatra.com — Regarding Refund o[censored]nconfirmed Ticket | |||
My Reference Number is [protected] and I want the Refund.I booked the ticket on 12th August'2010 and the ticket was not booked and it was in the unconfirmed status.But the money from my card got deducted and I end up paying 4942.28 Rs for no reason.As the ticket was not booked , I booked another ticket and it was confirmed.Now from August 2010 to December 9th 2010 , I am unable to get my refund.I have ended up mailing and calling Yatra.com several times.On Oct 9th , I got the mail that my refund is done but some wrong Reference number was refunded to some other account.Again on Nov 20th , I got the mail that in next 3 working days i will get the refund.But still I am waiting for the Refund.Please check and refund the specified amount for my unconfirmed booking.Still after having the inconvenience from last 4 months , I request you to refund my amount.Thanks in Advance.
