[Resolved] Yatra.com — Delaying the refund of cancelled flight ticket | |||
I cancelled a flight ticket with following details:- Name of passenger - Soudamini Mahapatra FROM - BHUBANESWAR TO - HYDERABAD DATE OF JOURNEY - 29 Oct 2010 AIRLINES - INDIGO 6E-257 . Reference Number - [protected] AIRLINE PNR - L8C9DB Charges paid - 2283.00 I had done my booking from Yatra site from a guest account. Its around 1 month and i didn't get my money back. Dear Ms Mahapatra,
Our Customer Care Team would have contacted you regarding the above post. As you had canceled the booking directly with the airline, but had not informed us of the same, we were not able to process the refund on this booking. We have no initiated the refund process which would take 3 days at our end. As this is a net banking case, the bank could take approx. 7-10 working days to process this transaction at their end as well.
