[Resolved] Yatra.com — online refund status | |||
With reference to Yatra Ref number: [protected], for which I have booked initially for 6 people, I have cancelled bookings for 2 people. The journey was from Blr-Guwahati and Guwahati-Blr. After calling the customer care people for about a month (I've called them atleast 8-10 times), they asked me to send to them an Endorsement proof from the Airlines for getting my refund. I went to the airlines (King fisher) and after I've obtained the details, I scanned them and sent it to their customer care mail ID: [protected]@yatraonline.com. I have received an auto generated response from their side mentioning my reference number as : 5588285. I received this mail on Dec 8th. After that I've mailed them twice asking to them about the status. But I have not received any response from them. Hoping that someone will look into this issue soon.
