[Resolved] Yatra.com — Abusive Language over phone | |||
Hi, I am a frequent user of Yatra.com. Today (03/31) at 2:50 PM I got a call from [protected] number and a Lady spoke to me and told me that since I am a frequent user of "Yatra.com", am I interested in some platinum credit card. I told her no thank you, I am not interested. She said "[censored] Off" and banged the phone. I tried calling this number again and again and I am getting this error "Number not in use". I am definitely shocked by her behaviour and the abusive language used by her. In case I am not getting any response from this portal, I definitely plan to register a complaint in Police againt Yatra.com for using the abusive language as I have all the details as proof. I would request you to track down that Lady and she should applozise for her behaviour and using the abusive languauge with her customers. I appreciate that you took this matter seriously. We should do something and discourage such individuals with intolerable and rude behavior. Hope something can be done in this matter.
