I got regd with u on 29/10/2011 vide ur receipt No.20045 for new connection .Cheques stands cleared on 30.11.2011 for 5000/- and 1000/- .Even after 4months I have not been provided a IGL connection.
An early compliance is awaited.

Delay in Refund of IGL connection

i have applied for new connection of IGL gas . I have paid 2 cheques dt[protected] bearing no. 486372 of Rs. 5000/- and 486373 of Rs. 1000/- drawn on Karur vysya bank, Keshav puram, new delhi. You have issued receipt no. 23836 dt.[protected] for the same.

The above-mentioned cheques have been cleared in 7th december 2011 end debited itself from my bank account.

Now, almost 1 year has gone and we have not heard any thing from your side for our refund till date. i am not able to understand the reason for the delay of giving our refund with intrest

we request you to please look into the matter and credit the same amount with our intrest immediately. Awating for your reply.

I applied for png connection. ref no 20121844 on 16th Oct 2012 vide receipt no 3279, registration no. 21878. I deposited the required documents and two cheques no 660821 and 660823 dated 25.09.2012, drawn on Central Bank of India, Nehru Place Branch, New Delhi 110019 of Rs.5000/- and Rs.1000/-respectively. It seems the cheques have not been presented for payment. I want to know when the connection will be released to me.

i have applied for new connection of IGL gas vide registration no.[protected]. I have paid a cheques dt 23.11.2012 bearing no. 424421 of Rs. 6000/- drawn on Punjab National Bank, Shalimar Bagh, new Delhi. You have issued receipt no. 19737 dt. 29.11.2012 for the same.



Now, almost one months has gone and we have not heard any thing from your side to install the connection till date. The line of your gas is on our residence itself and there is no special line required to give us the connection. i am not able to understand the reason for the delay in giving connection.

i have applied gas connection in july 2012.. aftre that on 2 nov 2012 i have deposit all the doccuments with two cheques of rs 5000/- and for rs 1000/-... but till date no response i have recieved throuh your company nor any person of cutomercare is talkig like a egducate person, i am tired to call to your customercare... pl tell us do you give us coonection or its cheat with us only...

Delay in installing LPG gas connection

Dear Sir,

I have applied for the gas connection in our house 2nd D 59-A, Kamna Vaishali, Ghaziabad, 201010. I have deposited cheques of Rs. 6000/- for gas connection for form number 25795. Payment of against the cheque has been debited from my account on the month of 3rd Nov 2012. All the connections in our colony has been installed but in our home it is still not installed.

Please look into the issue very urgently as it is getting delayed after the deposition of money since it has been 2 months. Does it take this much of time even after completing all the formalities?
Also mention what else is required for the action to be taken as soon as possible as in my knowledge I have completed all the formalities required for the installation.

I applied for Indraprastha Gas pipeline connection for my residence A-194 Defece Colony, New Delhi on 18 Dec 2012, (Registration No 273297) along with necessary documents. I had also given a cheque for Rs 6000/= on the same day. It is now going to be three months and NO information has been concerning the connection. I am surprised to note that even the cheque has not been presented to my bankers.
Can somebody let me know the latest on this. I am afraid even the cheque would be time-barred in few days.

Their printed receipt No.31135 refers.It is now going to be almost six months and the connection has not yet been given though the pipeline has been laid till my residence .
Can somebody please let me know the latest on this.

I had registered with no. 283549 on dated 27/01/2013 for a new domestic PNG connection with deposit of Rs. 6000 through cheque no. 545957, which is credited from my account. Kindly look into the matter and confirm by return mail.
