[Resolved]  Zero Degree — Lower of baba suit was missing after packed by staff

This is to inform you that I purchased one Baba Suit on[protected] from one of your Store located at A/18 Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi 110044 .

Details are as below…

Item Price : Rs. 345.00, after discount Rs.172.50

Considering every thing normal I went on billing for the same and got packed the said item into a poly-bag by store packing staff.

When I reached at home I found lower of the said item was missing which is because of your staff member had not packed it properly.

With hope and belief I went on next day at the same store and consulted customer service deportment and asked for either replacement or exchange of the same however I did not got support from the service deportment.

I want to inform you that this happened only and only because of your irresponsible staff at the cash counter.
It is worst experience ever I had with shopping .
I request you to please look into the same and do the favor of mine.
