Dear Zero Degree Management Team,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding the experience my friend and I had at your establishment located in Connaught Place today, March 29th, around 12 pm. Our visit to Zero Degree resulted in not only an unpleasant culinary experience but also severe health repercussions that have left us both ill.

Upon arrival, we placed an order for pasta, hot coffee, peri peri french fries, and ice cream. Unfortunately, the taste of each item was subpar, to say the least. The food quality was shockingly poor, falling far below the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment.

However, the most distressing aspect of our visit was the severe health issues we encountered afterward. Both my friend and I are currently suffering from intense bouts of vomiting, diarrhea, and excruciating stomach pain. These symptoms began shortly after consuming the food at your restaurant, leaving us in a state of discomfort and distress.

As a customer, I am appalled by the lack of attention to food safety and quality control demonstrated by Zero Degree. Not only has this experience left a negative impression on us, but it has also raised serious concerns about the hygiene and sanitation practices employed in your kitchen.

Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the potential liability issues that may arise from the health consequences we are currently experiencing. Should our conditions worsen or lead to any long-term health complications, I must inquire about the legal responsibility of Zero Degree in this matter.

It is imperative that your establishment takes full accountability for any harm caused to its patrons due to negligence in food safety practices. I urge you to address this matter with the utmost seriousness and transparency, ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to mitigate any further risks to public health.

I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and expect a thorough explanation regarding the lapses in food quality and safety protocols. Additionally, I urge you to take corrective measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future and to ensure the well-being of your patrons.

Furthermore, I request a full refund for the cost of our meal, as well as any expenses incurred due to the medical treatment required to address the health issues caused by your food.

Please consider this complaint with the utmost seriousness, as it pertains not only to customer satisfaction but also to public health and safety. I await your prompt response and resolution to this matter.
