[Resolved]  Aircel Dongle 3G — cheating fraud

Sir/Madam,

It is with great anguish, that I would like to bring to your notice the poor and utterly disgusting service that AIRCEL has extended to me.

I got a call from mobile number[protected] and the person introduced himselves as Mr. Irfan, Sales Executive, Begumpet Head office on 12 April 2013 and explained the following offer:

1. After paying an amount of 750 rupees, I was promised a dongle, a sim and a package of 400/- unlimited at 3.6 Mbps speed

He sent Mr. Raziuddin (Mobile number[protected], who has introduced himselves as a Aircel representative and he collected the following from me:

1. Duly signed photocopy of my Aadhar card
2. 2 photographs
3. 750 rupees cash

After calling both Irfan an Razi numerous times, I got a dongle after a span of 8 days and Razi demanded an amount of 500 rupees again and I was given an acknowledgement receipt of APH-103938.

The dongle handed over to me by Mr. Razi was in INACTIVE state even then.

I would like to bring to your notice that after the aforesaid payments I was given a data card whose activation is still pending! Your agent is demanding more money in the name of charges which is unacceptable! Besides he has my identity proof( duely signed) along with two of my photographs in his possession. He is not only refusing to activate my data connection but is also unavailable most of the time and not answering my calls.

I want AIRCEL to check this matter out, as repeated requests have fallen on deaf ears! And may I warn the AIRCEL authorities that if necessary action is not taken within twenty four hours, I shall have to take recourse to the Consumer Forum and do the needful, as I feel as a customer I had been not only mislead but also have been subjected to a lot of trauma for the above mentioned reason.

Aircel — cheated by fake charges

This to complaint that Rs 20 has been deducted from my aircel no([protected]) balance. I have immediately called up customer care to ask for the reason as i was totally bewildered at what has happened.They informed me that the balance has been deducted because of activation of voice chat services, which I did not actually had activated from my number. I had been repeatedly calling them for launching a complaint but they were totally ignorant and did not pay any heed to the matter. Not knowing what to do i have come here to complaint against them. Something should be done against this sort o[censored]nfair means of harassing the customers. Please do consider the matter and take whatever steps necessary.
Voice chat is an automated Value added service, and its takes the customer authorisation before any activation. Promo calls and messages can be the reason when responded knowingly or unknowingly so I would suggest you to activate your DND service which will block all such messages and calls.

Aircel / telecom — Fraudulent executives

I had been using blackberry services provided by aircel. I didnt get the services for most of the month, regarding which I registered complaints quite often with aircel,vashi. I was assured by one of the executives that my BB fee will be waived off. But my services were cancelled by the operator and I was made to pay for services which i never used. Plz look into the matter and provide justice.

Aircel — Cheated by Aircel Local office

- I got a call from Aircel local office like There is an offer for Aircel customers to change to postpaid for 499 plan.
-Her name is Lalitha (+91 [protected])
-I agreed and given my office address to meet
- 1 person came and collected office ID proof and DL copy, and PP photo and 300 rupees,they told nothing else required
-I asked again and again, is it a problem that I am staying in PG, They told , no issue.

Then i waited 1,2,3,4,5 days , everyday called to Lalitha, she told it wiil be done tomorrow tomorrow
_finally igot irritated and askded for the concerned person
-I got number (keshav- +91 [protected])
-I asked and he told , it cant be given to PG staying.
-He told that the policy is changed immediately.

-I asked for my money back, He told i will recharge it today
-waited for 1 day
-not recharged

-I called Lalitha, she is not at all picking my call....aswell as this person.....

Really Irritated with these people,

Its not done, ...

One mr.Vinod had called and put conference, But that person(keshav) told that Will be done by end of the day,
but not done, Its 3 days again passed and the Beggar not picking the call at all.

PLEAse help me urgent...

One more person called me from aircel after reading this, but he told he will update me yesterday itself but
That fellow also fooled me, ...
