I have done a payment using gpay on 23rd dec 2019, the amount was deducted from my account, however didnt get credited to the shopkeeper. After few days it shows as paid on 23rd dec 2019. Meanwhile since the payment wasnt completed i had to pay through card on same day i. E. 23rd dec 2019. The shopkeeper denies of receiving the payment done via gpay. I am very disappointed by corporation bank branch - safidon (Haryana).
I was very urgently wanted to pass my cheque of 1, 20, 000 ruppes,
I had not enough time and i made my accurate best to write and sign,

Refund initiated by amazon india on 11.4.2020 has not yet been processed by corporation bank bhawanipur branch. Today is 23.5.2020 & the bank is not ready to help also. Called customer care & they told me to contact the relevant branch. Hooe the problem will be solved soon....
