Mother's day gift - order no ch[protected] & invoice no. 408631 dtd.8th, may, 2016.

Vide the above order, my daughter from usa, ordered flowers to be delivered to me on mother's day. Country oven has sent them around 6pm in the evening, a bunch of wilted flowers kept in a grocery bag (No water sponge etc) by a person named shiva. I refused to take delivery of them & returned the work order with my comments. I immediately complained to the customer care, received a reply asking for a snapshot. (Vide tcket no.20574). Not believing the customer when they have the returned product with them shows the unprofessional customer care. My daughter was a very old customer using their service since. I want her money to be refunded full for the deficiency of service & lack of regard for the sentiments. G. Lalitha, hyderabad
