I have been trying to cancel my current membership and prevent renewal of my membership -due on 10th Oct 2021. Giving expensive insurance without any Consent

Purchased a mobile phone using bajaj finserv few days ago.
Bajaj finserv has automatically started DIGITAL FONE SAFE provided by CPP Group India costing around 6000/- inr.
I feel cheated as i was not made aware of it. Cancel this loan immediately.

Dont push products and services down the throat of customers....

Cancel membership and REFUND

I wish to discontinue your services as it is not useful to me at all. My member ID is IA5188027.

I have been sending mails to discontinue the service in the past months as well, but no response.

I have already raised this issue with CPP customer service and they have confirmed cancellation and mentioned refund within 7 working days.

The executive also refused to share any cancellation and refund...

renewal charges for annual membership

I never subscribe this service on my credit card..without my approval CPP activate this service and charge annual fees.

Now SBI cards sale personal harassing me on daily basis for recovery of such amount.

All the genuine charges paid by me on timely basis....

Mobile Protection Plan

Hi,
I am not able to register a claim for accidental damage to my mobile phone, I have brought the plan from bajaj portal where is paid 2863 for insurance. Cpp is service provider and they have provided me membership id. When i tried to reach them to register my claim, They are not ready to accept and asking me to get in touch with bajaj, I have made both parties on conference, CPP is not able to provide the details and they providing...

Charge a huge amount for credit card without my knowledge.

On august 22, my credit card statement came with extra 2499₹ for a unknown reason. later i came to know that so call CPP group deduct that for membership policy. I immediately search their cc no and call them to reactivate my membership and refund me, they agreed on that and said that refund will done soon. from 22 august to 9 sep 19 days gone, they dodnt make my money back yet. I have two questions first is for CPP and 2nd one is for SBI....

Misleading Information

Mobile Protection plan was explained to me and i have agreed/ given consent for the same but Card Protection plan has issued to me which i dont want to accept, So request for cancellation of the plan.

DIGITAL FONE SAFE/ totally fraud. insurance charges are applying without my permission

I have purchased a laptop on emi from bajaj finance, my emi is of 4520rs per month.
But now received msg from bajaj finance that i have purchased an insurance with my loan, after that i checked my loan details the digital cpp telebinding (Rs 540 per emi) activited without my permission.

It's totally fraud, i'm not acceptable to pay this cpp charges

I am complaining about delay of my phone repairing

I claimed warrenty of my phone and it was picked up on 26 july, now 1 month passed but they not only telling me status of my phone repair when i try to connect then the tell we will contact to you within 1-2 days but they not respond...

I have cancelled my cpp plan 7 august 2021..But not refund 2499 amount of copy plan..It's deducted..And bill issued..Plz refund 2499 amount ...

CPP Membership Cancellation refund

I cancelled my membership by calling [protected] on 29th July, 2021.Even though you promised to refund me within 7 working days, it's been 10 working days (14 days in total) since then, still I don't have the refund. Every time I call for update, your customer care executive says to wait for 2 more days and refuses to give any more information.
