I had cancelled my membership on 2nd February, 2021 and have told you to refund my money and every time I call your customer care.. you people tell more 7 days and still my money is not getting refunded... Please refund my money back. You guys are doing a fraud with this thing not giving people's money back even after cancellation....

I have registered an Claim for my phone VIVO Y30 on December 9th, 2020. As stated by the customer care i am supposed to take photographs of damaged phone and also complete the status within 14 days.

I received call from CPP Group for card protection before 10th Jan 2021 for membership and I refused still they deducted amount from my card and made me a member on 14th Jan I made a call and emailed them about cancellation of membership number IAA894076 but they are refusing to cancel or refund my amount via call neither are they replying to the email. Kindly check on this scam and ask them to cancel membership and refund my amount...

I am complaining about scam

I had cancel my cpp membership within 30 days of activation and according to cpp policy if someone cancel membership within 30 days they he/she can claim full refund. but cpp keep charging money from my credit card. i complaint 5 times by calling and sent 2 mails but there is no response from cpp. i am adding my transaction detail of my sbi credit card....

Without my authorisation Card protection plan has been activated on my sbi credit card even my card is not activated yet. Now there is monthly bill of plan in the name of CPP Assistance which is auto debiting from my SBI saving account thats not fair. This is my responsibility to care my card or not without my knowledge why the company is taking my money in the name of insurance which i never want....

Activated service and charged by giving misinformation

Unauthorized charges on SBI card

CPP group has made fraudulent calls to me saying they are calling from sbi cards and told me some benifits saying these are offered by 'sbi bank'. Then said your sbi card comes with benefits of emi conversion, whenever you want they will call and confirm.
