I ordered a saree from craftsvilla.com and it was delivered after 12days.COD now I'm not happy with the quality of the material and I want to return and get my refund but no one is picking the call on the number [protected] and had to register a complaint with akosha.Com my complaint number is 3010140 spoke with krishna and he advised to go to consumer court if not refunded.
