The cloth which was shown to us in the photo of craftsvilla was something different but when it came to our home it was not like that so i want to return this order and in exchange for this i want other one.
So i wish you will look to my complain and will help me to get out of this.

Some days before i went to this website and looked for some traditional clothes and by going through it i found that this lahenga was seem to be very attractive so i ordered this immediatly . but when it came to me then it was totally different. The fabric was not good. And by seing this i am totally disapointed. So at last i would like to tell that please return my order and return the money. My mobile no is [protected]

Hi I have ordered a cloth product of Rs1, 149.00 and paid through net banking by ICICI bank and the transaction is successful and the craftsvilla people are saying transaction not done, please i need my money back, i have attached the screenshot of my tranction.
