I had ordered a Mahi Rhodium plated shimmering Leaves Mangalsutra to Craftsvilla vide Craftsvilla order No[protected], on receipt of the envelope containing the item it was found that the mentioned item was not inside the envelope, it was immediately informed to Craftsvilla toll free number and they asked me to write an email to customer care which I did and they gave me a reference ID of Incident:[protected] saying that my item will be sent to me in 2 business days but till date I have not got the same delivered .This is totally unethical by Craftsvilla .
I want my product for which I had already paid Craftsvilla or complete refund of my payment done to Craftsvilla .
