Shipment #[protected] for Transaction #[protected] I Placed an Order with Crafts villa on 6-Nov-15 for 5 necklace sets. The Seller "ENTERCART" shipped this on 6-Nov-15 via DTDC courier and it reached Hyd on 8-Nov-15 and from then it kept on moving from one place to another in Hyderabad. I never received the Courier and the after few days the status showed up as Delivered to my apartment's security guard. I contacted Craftsvilla Customer Care and I received a blunt response from them that as the goods are delivered to somebody we are not responsible for anything and asked me to contact the Seller. I bought this from their website why the Hell should I contact the Seller and Why would he listen to me. Still I did that but did not get any proper response. Craftsvilla is charging too much ( almost 50%) for Shipping but they are using 3rd Class Courier services. I have paid for it but I have not received my goods till date.
