When the amount was not refunded we sent an email to customer care on 28th Sep 2016 and a Ticket- [#1331083] was created for Order ID : 10314308.

Received an email from customer care regarding refund of Rs 596 by Vinod(from craftsvilla).

a) Sent email to customer care that total amount of the order was Rs 1749 which was paid through Mobikwik and refund is showing only Rs 596 which actually was not even credited to the account.
Cancellation was done 11th Sep and now even on today 30th Sep the amount is not yet refunded. I must say this is very pathetic service from Craftsvilla. Please get this fast tracked and refund the amount ASAP.

b) Received email from Vinod(from craftsvilla) that they have forwarded complaint to their concernd team and are awaiting their reply. We request you to give us 2 business days to check and revert on your complaint.

Received email from Vinod(from craftsvilla) that "As per your request, your refund has been processed. The amount (Rs.1749) will be credited to your account within 10 to 15 business days."

Refund still not credited to my account. Sent a follow upd emai to customer care "It's been more than a month and I have not received my refund yet. How much time do you want to process the refund???

REFUND THE AMOUNT NOW."

Also called customer care where Danish Sheikh(from craftsvilla) picked the call and just told us that amount is refunded without going through the case history. Then I have to explain him the whole story. Refund is still not processed.

I have attached screenshots of Order and email communications. Please help us in getting the refund.

Below are the chronological order of events as they happen for Order ID[protected]:

Sep 11, 2016

Placed Order ID :[protected] on Sep 11, 2016 of amount Rs 1749 and cancelled it within few minutes. Payment was done via Mobikwik. Cancellation email mentions that refund will be initiated in 10-15 days.

Sep 28, 2016

I ordered an anarkali suit which I got 2days back I want to return it because its colour n quality is bad form the picture shown.give my money back and return your product..order no is[protected]. It is for 1195 rs including the COD amount..suggest me how to return your product.. and kindly give me my money back..
