I ordered 2 sarees total amount. 6888rs. Out of which fabric of one saree is worst and 2nd saree is not exactly the same as shown in the image. When i complaint them softly to take oy back. I was shocked to see the pick up services of craftsvilla. Where aprt from this company we have many online shopping companies who are delivering product to the entire part of India and recalling the product by their own courier (Homeshop18, Paytm, Snapdeal and so on). But for the first time I heard that for returning the product I have to arrange courier by own and have to bear courier expenses which will be reimbursed through just a 100rs voucher of craftsvilla to shop with them in future. Which will not benefit to us, it will just benefit to them only. This is really very bad thing that they are delivering the sarees to my address with extra delivery charges but telling me to courier it back to their vendor's address rather than picking it up from my address. I am an old lady and do not have knowledge of this courier services. And they are now troubling me because they have earned rs. 6888 from me. Every company is having their pick up services in delhi and in my location because it comes In city but they are the special one they have special policy that they can not arrange it. So now they do not care for customers pain or grievance.  BAS PAISA MIL GAYA TO BHUL GAYE. Their SCHEME IS - AB KISI KO KOI PROBLEM HAI TO APNE RISK PAR USKO SOLVE KARE. RIGHT? ?????? Now I will never shop with craftsvilla. JUST I WANT MY 6888rs. BACK F4OM THEM AND THEY HAVE TO PICK THEIR SAREES NOW I DO NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT. PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION...
