Issue: Credit Card (ending -4414) Payment Failed while paying via CRED APP.
I have initiated the transaction of 3, 74, 944.31 for order id - 16LVPDNQVV4R
In which the transaction failed and the amount needs to refund ASAP.

There's no contact number to call and check for status.

We have only email support, I have provided all the details but there's no response....

Regarding the loan account number 79534583 and the amount I borrowed from you, I have received a legal notice from IDFC Bank. I don't understand why this is happening when I have already paid the full amount. I am extremely stressed due to this situation caused by the Cred app. It is your responsibility to close my account after receiving payment, but it is still open, and I am receiving legal notices from IDFC...

As I was transfer the money to bank of Baroda account (A/C-[protected]) through ICICI credit card using CRED app on 29.04.2023 and money transferred to wrong account (A/C-[protected]) in same bank of Baroda branch (BARB0PHALOD). in which account money credit is locked and account owner does not meet.
kindly reversal the money

I would like to inform you that the old account with my old mobile number ([protected]) has already been made inactive against my request to the sim service provider due to some suspected calls around two years back.
Old mobile number is linked with hasmukh.[protected]@gmail.com and new mobile number is also linked with hasmukh.[protected]@gmail.com.

I already stopped the CRED transaction with my old number from that period.br...

I have paid HDFC bank credit card payment on 4th July, till 6th July the payment is not credited, so many times contacted support, but there is no response yet, I am getting reminders from bank as well as bank has blocked that much money, due to which other EMI got bounced....

Support team asks latest statement and check it on other day and again asks the latest statement. This is continuing since 22 june 2023 and today is 03 July 2023. Yet I haven't got refund yet. Executive is not even calling though I asked many times to schedule a call.

Mail says 2-3 days to resolve but it is more than 10 days and not resolved....

I have ordered a Guess Body Mist worth Rs1690/- in rupees 315. The order tracking updated me that my product has been packed and shipped and it will be delivered on 25th June. But all of sudden a notification came and said the product is cancelled due to unforeseen reasons. When I tried to order the same again, they raised the prices from 300 to 1100 almost 3 times.

These are the tricks cred app is playing with consumers....

I have made a payment of Rs. 16, 169.38 to the ICICI Credit card ending with 1005 on 9th June, 2023 towards bill payment, and the cred app has confirmed the payment, but in the ICICI bank app, the amount is still showing as pending as on today i.e.,[protected]:19 PM). Please rectify....

I recently ordered a 'Sirona body wash' from Cred. But instead of that, I was delivered a box with a stone. The order was delivered on 18th May and I have already raised a complaint with Cred support immediately. But it has been over 5 days and I haven't received any communication from the support team. I have also tried to follow up, but still no response. Please help.

My issue is yet to be resolved and you have recreated the issue again, what the hell is happening, why I see 9 more unwanted autodebits from my account, without my consent
You are yet to refund my previous more than 18 transactions of autodebit and such a stupid thing done again by you, 9 more transactions of autodebit, seriously!!!
what is happen CRED, dont make me angry now
