Credr — I sold my honda stunner bike to credr pune on 23rd march 2017 but still it is reflecting first owner name as my name sminu john

I sold my new Honda stunner bike MH 14 DR 6008 to credr on 23rd march 2017 but till date RC is in my name Sminu John. I contacted credr but they are not responding to me via email as well over the phone. I have the document which was provided by credr when i sold the bike. Please try to help.

I want to know to whom they have sold and also still the bike is not sold.
