The reason why i took lenovo was that as part of Diwali offer croma promised me that lenovo is giving 2 year extended warranty. I had bought an LG 32 inch LCD TV from Croma 2 years back, along with extended warranty coverage. It was working fine for 4-5 months, after which the TV started having problems with the power supply board (it would turn on and off repeatedly and was completely unusable). Under LG company warranty, they replaced the board and the TV then started to work... But few months later, this problem repeated again while under extended warranty coverage..br...

My Boombox is with CROMA from September 2012 ad it has not been repaired as yet.
I have made more then 10 trips to the CROMA store is Anna Nagar Chennai to find out about the state of my Boombox,
Every time I go there I get the same reply saying it is being done and will be delivered to me within the week. Now it is more than 20 weeks and they are still in the process of repairing it.

Hi Friends, Please be cautious while shopping on Croma online store. They charge the money from your card and do not provide you the order number. On calling the customer center they keep you giving lame excuses. I am facing this issue.
