- I booked an washing machine on 11Oct2012.
- I was promised delivery on 13Oct2012 betn 12-5pm, waited whole day like fool, took work off for delivery, reniuned my Diwali and my days salary, could not visit my relatives also.
- Again i was promised next day on 14Oct, waited whole again like fool, no delivery and not communication from Croma end, untill i followed up..
- finally after several calls/escalation, i was promosed...

I have purchased a Sony LED TV from Croma on 12-Nov-2012. When I was purchasing i was told that the TV will be installed very next day.
The next day they delivered the TV but none of the Gift items that they offered. Also, Sony technician is also not came for installation. Purchsed Kindle from Croma((Ref. there is absolutely no cooling,so after complain croma technician said all r fine,but remains no cooling.

i booked an apple online at Croma. After a lot of follow up they said the item is not in stock and will refund my money. They are still not doing it, and holding on to my 65K illegally....

lousy services are being provided....and unfair trade practices/fooling customer in the name of tata( reliable brand ).......a magazine was been published by croma in a weekly newspaper that showed a speaker from intex with it,s components , also mentioned below the image. i purchased a intex speaker which was not provided with the remote, been mentioned in the add and on the box of the product....after my complaining to customer services...

I have purchased Nikon S4300 Compact Camera from http://www.cromaretail.com on 10/10/2012. As per company policy product should shipped within 2 days.But product is dispatched on 16/10/2012 .I am taking followup from company regarding delivery. But now Courier Company(Blue Dart ) says that product will delivered on 19/10/2012. Croma retail doesn't have any tracking system for their Delivery vendor.So customer have only one option wait...

I had submitted my phone for repairs at R-City Ghatkopar on July 11, 2012. My complaint number is 49083. It's been over 3 months and I still haven't got my phone.

What's worst there is no communication from Croma's side. All following up with the service centers and vendors has to be done by me.

As per company policy product should shipped within 2 days.But product is in company's warehouse till date.I am taking followup from company but every time same reason "Technical Problem". I have purchased an Aquasure on 26th August 2012 and I have still not gotten the installation done as of 23rd September 2012. At the time of purchasing the product I was told installation would happen in 48 hours. On 18th. September I purchased a Boombox from Croma Stores located in DT Mall , Gurgaon. It stopped playing VCD/CD and USB in July 2011. I took it to the same Croma store and after lot of visits to the store and heated discussions, they replaced it on 11th. November 2011. I had purchased Panasonic Plasma TH-P50XT50 3D TV from CROMA on August 15th. On purchase they assured that it comes with the wall stand and 2 pair of 3D Eye wear.

I have purchased one Aqua sure water purifier from Croma retail Pimpri shop on 30th of aug 2012.
