I am struggling from last two days to get my internet connection back but everything is in vain. I have registered a similar complaint earlier as well.
My internet connection is not working since 16th jan'19 however since i was out of station couldn't find time to lodge a complaint. However i was able to do so yesterday and the complaint # is 'tkt2134937'. An engineer from local office (Kausa) who did not even bothered to check the line, promoted me to use gpon. There is no mechanism of handling complaints at the local office. The worst part is 'there is no contact number provided for kausa office and customer has to visit the office for any updtae'. When i called the customer care to escalate the issue, 'agent' from the other side also promoted gpon. After a long conversation which did not go in my favor and upon insisting for an escalation, what the agent provided me with is an escalation ticket #'tkt2136217'.
My question is "if gpon is the only solution and if the company really cares for customer satisfaction why don't they provide gpon for free without taking any deposit?"
I request the company to take this concern very seriously and provide a resolution as quick as possible.
Also i would suggest yo hire some qualified engineers who can do justice to a particular complaint.
I have invested my time and efforts to write this email and i'm expecting a reply to this email with a positive strategy. Was this information helpful? |
