I am not able to access the internet services for last four days due to reason est known to you.
I have renewed my account (Contact no: [protected]) last friday 27 may 2016 but since then i am not able to connect to inetrnet. I called up customer care several times and they gave multiple reasons like "server down", "fiber cut" and so on. I am not able to get the proper solution to my problem and i am ultimately getting frustrated as i am not able to do my urgent and highly important work which i was suppose to complete last weekend.
I am totally disappointed with the kind of support provided by you guys and thinking of switching over to another internet service provide.
Despite of timely payments and renewals from my end i had to suffer the time loss and ultimately work loss. Who is going to give me the recovery for the loss of four days? I need proper clarification and and solution to my problem on highest priority. I need my internet connection restored on immediate basis.
I can just hope now that someone take this up and take necessary action to restore my internet connection.
If i am not defaulting from my end the i am expecting you also not to default in providing the services from your end.
