I have been a customer for about 6 years with D Vois SSV ISP. Of late I've been facing connectivity and slow speed issues since the last four months and no resolutions has been provided to me by them despite of raising tickets for the same. The tickets are being closed without taking any action.

I am not able to access the internet services for last four days due to reason est known to you.

I have renewed my account (Contact no: [protected]) last friday 27 may 2016 but since then i am not able to connect to inetrnet. I called up customer care several times and they gave multiple reasons like "server down", "fiber cut" and so on. I am not able to get the proper solution to my problem and i am ultimately getting frustrated...
