DareDeals — Complain against www.daredeals.com for doing FRAUD.

Respected Sir, My name is Chandra Prakash Gupta and my mobile number is +91 [protected]. After an online payment to www.daredeals.com I did not received the products I have ordered. This was a combo deal scheme) Daredeals enterprises is an online website (www.daredeals.com) Its head office is located at Daredeals enterprises “A-48, Sector_64, Noida U.P. India 201301, Ph.No.[protected], 6725400, 6725300. Email Id :- [protected]@daredeals.com Sir, daredeals has done FRAUD with me on which behalf I am writing this letter to you. I had made an online payment to Daredeals Enterprises for some combo deal which had a value of around Rs. 17000/- (Rupees Seventeen thousand) and they did not send the products to me yet. The following are the Details for your reference or shall work as a proof of evidence: 1. Date: 07.06.2015: On this date I received a call from +91 [protected] this number saying “Hi this is Mr. Ashok(executive from Daredeals) and I am calling from Daredeals.com, this is to bring to your notice about the ongoing combo scheme, you will get 9 products and 1 gift product which includes 1 Samsung Mobile, 1 LED / LCD TV, 1 pair of Reebok Shoes, Holiday Voucher etc.. n so…” and then he explained me the whole combo scheme of Rs. 6999/- which is like an online Purchase. After this conversation since I was interested, I made the online payment for the above mentioned combo offer and transferred the amount of Rs.6999/-[Details: Payment Id[protected], Merchant Order Id[protected]] . He also had mentioned after the payment done by you, you will receive the products in 3-4 days. He also made me aware that other than the 9 products you will also get 1 gift item which might include (LED/LCD TV, Tablets, Holiday Voucher etc..) any of the above mentioned 1 gift item is sure you will get and then he transferred the line to Mr. Vikas Paliya (executive from Daredeals). Then Mr. Vikas asked me to select the brands for the 9 products mentioned of my choice. Then he added that Mr. Gupta you will have to transfer an amount of Rs. 9999/- more then I transferred Rs.10000/- through PayUMoney [details: Payment ID[protected] Merchant Order ID[protected]..] After this he said that you will receive the order in 2to4 days and before that on 08.06.2015 i.e. the next day you will receive a Product verification Call, but I did not receive the call on 08.06.2015 and I wrote an email to daredeals after which I got a call on 09.6.2015 2. Date: 09.06.2015: I got a product verification call from Miss Pooja (executive from Daredeals), She confirmed the products and informed me that I will receive a call to give the Docket Number/ Dispatch Number, but till 22.06.2015 neither I receive any call nor I received the products. 3. Date: 11.06.2015: after waiting I called on the number which is mentioned on their website, I spoke to Mr. Raja Mishra (executive from Daredeals) regarding the issue, he also gave me the Assurance that I will receive my product but even that did not worked out. I will call you and give the Dispatch number tomorrow, but the next day also I did not receive the call from him . Then I thought that this DAREDEALS might be fake website and might be doing FRAUD with me .. 4. Date: 17.06.2015: After waiting for the order and call from their end, I called again on the number mentioned on their website, and this time I spoke to Mr. Vikas Paliya (executive from Daredeals)with whom I already had a conversation previously on 07.06.2015. I asked him that you’ll are doing Fraud with me and I will complain regarding this to the higher authority, he just replied saying “Its nothing like that Sir, I will personally look into this matter and will check why your order is not dispatched yet, and I will get back to you. I had asked him to Refund the amount and Cancel the order. But he insisted and apologized and give him one chance to recheck with their department. 5. Date: 19.06.2015: Again I called on daredeals contact number and this time I spoke with Mr. Vivek Tyagi (executive from Daredeals), He also Just and just gave me Assurance that you will get a final call from Daredeals on Monday i.e. 22.06.2015 But still I did not receive any call till date (07.08.2015). Now I am requesting you to please do the investigation whether this is a Real FRAUD or not. If it is not a fraud then I should get my products (Genuine branded products which I had confirmed on the call, i.e. 1 Samsung Mobile, 1 pair of Reebok Shoes, 1 Sony LED TV which were mentioned and asked for) or the Refund of Rs.17, 000/- whichever possible, at the earliest.
