Every 2 to 4 months pass and yellow stinky water starts coming from our taps, u can barely manage to wash your hands with it, it is making us sick, and not for jus 5-6 days, it goes for 1-2 months everytime in Naraina Vihar. Is it in some endless loop?

I have received Bill No.[protected] for the period 11.05.21 to 25.08.21 for Rs. 8580.00. Please note that I m regularly paying the bill @ 850.00 approx for 2 months. How it is possible that it increases like this. Please check at your end and correct the same. Picture of the current bill is attached for your reference....
