Dhani Pharmacy — I cancel my order but did not get refund

I ordered medicine from Dhani pharmacy but due to delay in delivery i cancel that order, that was prepaid order but now i did not get my refund, i mail them, i contacted to customer service team but i did not get proper response. My order id :- EP2841952
