I have placed an Order - EP2550512 on 25/02/2022. My order was COD. It was delivered to me on 04/03/2022. On opening it, one of medicine was missing from it. I immediately called Customer Care and over the chat as well, raised a complaint about the missing medicine. Since that day, they are giving me false commitments, by saying the concerned team will be contact and update shortly. That shortly never comes, no one contacted. I again tried to reach them via several methods - Twitter, Chat, Phone, but every time I am getting the false commitments and yet no resolution. I have finally being loosing my patience, raising a complaint over here - Please get my money refunded. Its my hard earned money. These companies are FRAUD, CHEATERS, FAKE. I am attaching the Order Receipt and Product received
