Hlo sir i am ordering many items in 20 aug and i am paying online payment method from dhani i am chosseing dhani credit line then you know dhani says ist payment of three intsallmemt ist payment are paying at that time when you placing the order .i am placed the orders but my orders are failed after some time .dhani custumer support says your refund of this money is alloted in 7 working days after 7 working days my refund is not coming in...

I have ordered medicine of Rs 582 twice at 9th May2022. Total sum of 1164 rupees. Payment have done by paytm. Unfortunately I have not received medicine or refund of money. So, kindly refund me money.

I ordered medicine from Dhani pharmacy but due to delay in delivery i cancel that order, that was prepaid order but now i did not get my refund, i mail them, i contacted to customer service team but i did not get proper response. My order id :- EP2841952...

I received medicines from Dhani Pharmacy on 7-Feb-22, ordered Istamet ( 2 Stips 50/500) instead of 50/500 i received 50/1000.
Customer service is not good, still i am running behind them for replacement / refund . It is more than 2 weeks and no action taken from Dhani...

I had ordered medicines from Dhani Pharmacy on 30th November, with promise of medicines being delivered by 2nd December.
But the medicines were not delivered so i contacted them via their customer care number which kept giving the false promise of delivering the medicines in coming 24 hours but till today ie 8th December medicines are not delivered.
Moreover when i insisted on speaking with their seniors as the customer care...

I ordered medicens online on 15.11.2021 for rupees 549.00 it was success
the next day 16.11.2021 indiabulls sent me message your order has been canceled and money will be sent back within 7 days but till today nothing credited in my account.Sent email they asked for copies of bank statement/transaction which i submitted to them but till today no response they have given....

Money has been debited from my account but the order has not been placed even not show any details related to that payment on dhani pharmacy profile. I am realy surprised the way order is handle I got very bad experience which I like to share it is a first order which I place to dhani pharm

1)Delivery commitment order no as mention EP1343796 order place on 28th Oct and delivered on 1st in such a competitive business you are taking 4-5 day which is too bad ...this need to improve your back end team take soo much time to convert the order...

I didn't get my refund and it's been 7 working days after cancellation...

I ordered medicine of rupees 675 from dhani pharmacy app on 22nd October, and cancelled it a day later on 23rd October.
It's 30th October now and i haven't received my refund yet....

The medicine was undelivered and even refused to give refund.Asking me to take dhani bank account and complete kyc to get refund.Other wise they said your money will be lost.

My Self arbind kumar, I'm a kidney transplant patient, got transplant in AIIMS in 2009. For myself, I've ordered Sandimmun Neoral 50mg Capsule on 11-Aug-2021, Order No:EP3ovEj9 through DHANI Pharmacy app but medicine partially delivered on 16-Aug-2021.
Partially in sense, I’ve ordered 3 Boxes (1 Box = 10 Strips) which should be contained 30 Strips but I’ve received only 3 Stripes.
Hence I’ve raised a complaint on same...
