Dhani Pharmacy — Received Wrong medicine and Customer Service is not good

I received medicines from Dhani Pharmacy on 7-Feb-22, ordered Istamet ( 2 Stips 50/500) instead of 50/500 i received 50/1000.
Customer service is not good, still i am running behind them for replacement / refund . It is more than 2 weeks and no action taken from Dhani
