this is again i am complaining. my internet is not working properly. customer care thinks i am fool. and speaking like i dont know anything and telling me to do some silly tests. i am my self Electronics and telecommunication engineer. I am literally tired. one person Ramesh from customer care behaved so badly with me. he is not believing that my internet is not working me properly. when i said i will go to the consumer he gave me open challenge that go and do what you want. and local engineer told me. if you dont like service then cancel the contract. when i asked about refund he said it depends on your usage. Today i came to know the reason why many Indians hate to live in India. it's because so poor service which can not help anyone. If we people are not able to get service though we are studios, talented, professional then how can illiterate people can get help.
Anyway i am uploading screen shot here. this company is cheating with me. it is giving only 2-3 downloading speed. currently it's like this from many hours.

Hello, This is a RED ALERT that don't buy any Internet plan from Dhanvi
Internet. I have purchased 2MBPS plan and paid for 3 months (which is
minimum they offer). It's one and half month now and I never got speed
above 350KBPS. I have called them several times and they used to answer
straight away that we are upgrading our bandwidth and "it will take 5
days to fix" - "it will take 10-15 days to fix" and so on and nothing
happened till the date even after waiting one and half month. DON'T GO
WITH DHANVI INTERNET EVER. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

Due to your internet upgradation, I'm suffering very low internet browsing speed since last month. I have already complained regarding this issue but there seems to be no improvement in my internet speed.
So, I would request you to stop your service immediately and refund the amount that I've paid you on advance.
