[Resolved]  Dhanvi Internet Solution Pvt Ltd — Internet not working since last four days

I m unable to use my internet connection since 5th Nov. Than I raised a complaint on 7th Nov and my complaint number is 33311 taken by Sandip Sharma. On same after sometime I was able to use internet. And on very next day (8th Nov), I was having the same problem internet was not working on morning. Than I call customer care, there my frequently got disconnected several times and I have to bare call charge for each call disconnected. And than for the first I got connected to Ketan Patel, he said internet is working fine at my place. I said I called for my internet connect is not working. Than he asked the user id and said problem will get resolve in two hours at that time it was 11:00am. Than again I called after 1:00pm because it was not working, I got connected to Devilal Prajapat and he said problem will get resolve in half an hour. And than he was trying to teach me how on the internet in my pc like I am illiterate person. I am having basic use of internet in my life and that rubbish guy was rude and teaching me how to use internet. He said to check after 30mins it will get resolve. I wait for 1hrs and again it was not working, than I call again and this time I got connected to Ketan Patel again. Again he said due to maintenance work is going therefore it get resolved in just quick session. Than I wait for another 1hrs and still its not working and again I call. This time I got connected to Sandip Sharma again, some work is going so it will get resolved at midnight. I said why each one of you have turn around time. He said tat is final and still you are having same than you stop using our connection and get your refund from our office in rude tone. This all the I faced my using Dhanvi Internet.
