[Resolved] DishTV — about recharge throyugh retailer to the VC No.[protected] in the name of Mukesh Kumar Sharmaa | |||
Sir/Madam I would like to bring in your kind notice that My Dish TV account was deactivated from the month of Sep.-14 due to my personal reasons. But day yesterday before I called your customer care representative to know what to do to activate the above said account. He said to recharge the account with the Rs.230 as planed taken but after doing the recharge till i am not getting your service and I am facing the problem. Afterword your customer care representative said you have done your recharge with Rs.250 in parts so that you are facing the problem. So you please to rectify the problem as early your side. I shall be obliged.
