[Resolved]  DishTV — dth recharge failed but money deducted

I made payment of rs 350 on dish tv app via bhim sbi pay. Money was deducted from my account but no recharge done. Despite money being credited to dish tv's upi [protected]@icici, service not provided. I want my money back. If money has already been credited to dish tv's upi why are they saying transaction failed. Useless dish tv, it's consumer care services. When are you going to give my money back??

On 20/4/19 I made payment of Rs 350 to dishinfra@icici for DTH recharge. But no recharge was done. Next day recharge with offer was done by the company.
DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
