DishTV — Exchange of SD set top Box with HD set top box was not correctly installed

Name - Rathindra Nath Karmakar, Mob No. [protected] Address - A-306, Sargam co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Chharwada Road, Vapi- 396191, distric - Valsad, Gujarat.Recently I have exchanged SD set top box to HD set top box by paying Rs.599/- as per the offer announced by M/s. Dish TV. My SD set top box was connected with Sony Home Theatre System.The mechanic came to install the box, he take out all the wires and he cannot reconnect the HD set top Box with mentioned Home Theatre System. To reconnect I have to call other technician and I have to pay Rs.200/-. After that I have recharged my VC No. is [protected] account with Rs.1440 on 10.07.2015. The same day I got message from M/s. DISH TV that I can see GAME ON HD pack absolutely free for 15 days, but with my new HD set top box HD channels are not activated and I cannot enjoy HD Channels gifted by the company. My TV is Samsung HD LED TV with 42" screen. I contacted 5 to 6 times to customer care personnels but nobody take initiative to resolve the problem. Last of all one of the personnel informed me that they can send the technician, if problem is of Hardware I have to pay for that. My question is why I have to pay for Hardware as as I have purchased new set top box hardly 15 days old. Now I doubt that either the set top box given to me is not able to catch HD Channels or the offer was not at all given to me.

On Sunday (19.07.2015) representative from Dish TV has contacted me at 5-30 PM and assured me that my VC will be checked by Technician (without and service charge) and as I have exchanged the set top box recently, if required it will be replaced with new one without any charge.Immediate after that local distributor / agent contacted me and it has been surfaced that their technician had not attached the special attachment (they call it Camera) with my dish Antena which is required for activation of HD Channels, instead they had left it in my residence. At the time of installation my wife was only present in my residence, The local distributor informed me that yesterday (Sunday) itself their representative will visit my residence but nobody came yesterday. I was waiting for Technician up to late night in my residence. M/s. Dish TV should not given this type of responsibility to such an irresponsible organisation, This will definitely affect the goodwill of the company. I am not sure whether the technician at all visit my residence or not.
Happy to inform you that today (20.07.2015) at 12-30 PM Technician attended my residence and resolved the problem. Now we can see HD Channels. On 10.07.2015 I was gifted for 15 days GAME ON HD pack for 15 days. But in fact it is activated from today (20.07.2015). Requesting M/s. Dish TV to count 15 days for this gift from today. Hope that M/s. Dish TV will grant my request.

I want to buy new dish tv+ but I've already have my old dish lmb and cable installed by big tv but I don't have the box. So is it possible for me to buy only dish tv box and if yes how much discount should I get.
