[Resolved] DishTV — no installation and no response by m/s galaxy world (sf) | |||||
I've purchased online dishtv on 29th may 2018 and got an email saying: "your booking reference number is 628957 please save this unique reference no:628957 for future reference regarding this transaction. Your installation will be carried out by m/s galaxy world (Sf), phone [protected]" Now after 2 days i don't get any response and when i call the given number the person says he deals only in airtel dth and not in dish tv. Now i don't know whom to reach out. Such a useless and pathetic service by dishtv. Please help me out. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Also, we have updated mentioned mobile number [protected] as RMN. Furthermore, all the necessary information has been shared regarding channels(Sony Ten 2 HD and Sony Six HD), package.
