[Resolved] DishTV — no installation / response from customer care | |||||
My name is madhav and i have made a request for new dish tv connection on 12th april 2018 by making online payment for which i haven't received an invoice copy in my email. Following are the details of my connection request: Token # 625412 Booking ref # [protected] It has been 4 days and so far, i haven't received any response nor any call back from the concerned team for installation even after multiple follow-ups. Also, i tried to cancel my connection request by calling customer care but they did not help me. I am not happy with their non-responsive nature and irresponsible behavior. I would need my money (Inr1500+18% service tax for the 4 days time i have invested in making follow-ups) to be refunded to original payment mode. Appreciate your help.
