[Resolved] DishTV — realignment of dish tv | |||
I have asked customer care people to create an issue number for realignment on 08march19. Issue number : [protected] From last one month i am asking customer care people to have wording with technical team member, who is authorized for the same. Till date i have not received call from technical team members. Every time i get call from customer care and they will ask me to wait for 15-20 min to connect escalation team. Since i am contacting the customer care number from almost a month, team will not try connect to escalation team members either they disconnect the call or they say we will arrange call back from back end team. Lower end people will call and ask the same old question for 10min and hold the call for 15-20min and later disconnect. Or disconnect at the time of first call itself saying we do not have any such leads/ managers above and cut the call. If the technical team had updated that the area where i am staying is 'cable violent area' then how airtel/ videocon/d2h are able to visit! I will not suggest dish tv for its irresponsible customer care and technical team. After making payment, since the technical team was not ready to visit my place, i requested them to refund the amount (They did not refund for 03 months) later i went to their regional office and collected the materials of dish tv. At the time of installation technical team (Installation team member) had taken 1500rs for visiting and installation apart from activation charges. Before purchasing dish tv customers are treated as god, after making payment customers are treated as beggars by technical team as well as by customer care. There are no supervision on the customer care/complaints raised by customers. My suggestion is to not to opt for dish tv. Was this information helpful? | |||

Is it dd chandana is free channel. But why it's not in our list or package. Otherwise are we subscribe that? We don't know help us plz.
