[Resolved] DishTV — services not upto mark | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have been your customer for long time. Today is the worst services i got today. I have two dish tv connection vc - [protected] & [protected]. All sudden few channel has gone from my plan. When i tried to contact customer care i was not able to contact earlier and msg on ivr that i will get call back, its been few days but did not get any call back as of now. Today i spoke to dish tv customer card but response was horriable. When i asked i am getting otp to login to dish tv account from brower but its not working, he said that i will be getting otp on tv - how its possible. And when i asked for registered phone and email, he said it was not updated - if that was not registered than what kind of otp i was getting earilier, how its possible when i have been using dish tv from several year but they do not have my information. At last when i said i am going to switched to tata sky connection, than also he was list bothered. I dont understand why i am not able to login to my dish tv account and no one responding in right way. Plz help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
