[Resolved]  DishTV — vc deactivated

i am ajith k eapen my vc [protected], RMN [protected], is deactivated since 01.9.2014.i have called the customer care repeatedly but in vain first they said that someone from the service centre will come and look into the matter.i am an army personnel posted at jalandhar cantt.i called the office in jalander but the man there says he only see the complaint in the city.it is very sorry stste of affair i am regreting that i bought your product your services are very poor and because of that i am the sufferer.

My VC no.[protected] and it is showing message that VC deactivated please recharge. But I recharge yearly and it is valid till January 2016. Please respond at the urgently. Also activate the VC Immediately.
The dish TV website for launching complaints dose not open.
