I have upgraded by plan into 50mbps for work from home purpose. since upgraded I am not getting atleast 1mbps download speed. raised the complaint with service provider more frequently but they are fails to resolved the same. when we connect with dna infotel our office application & VPn network gets disconnected or getting stuck frquently due to slow download speed.
at a same time when i connect with different service provider i am able to do my office work very smoothly & efficiently. when i have highlighted this things with dna infotel. they are not ready to accept their faults & they are blaming on my office applications. Was this information helpful? |
